Customer Service Assosiate- Voice Process

Job Description
· Answering incoming Customer Calls with a friendly and positive voice
· Listens, Questions and Analyses to determine underlying needs of customer concerns
· Patiently hears out the customers and tries to rectify customer concerns.
· Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
· Interacts with Team Leaders, Assistant Operation Managers, Voice Coach, Process Trainers
· Escalates Customer Complaints to the concern
Qualification - Any Degree / Diploma (Except BE, MCA, MBA)
Salary - Best In Industry + Incentives
Skills: Basic English & Tamil communication & basic computer Knowledge
Shift - 24/7Support
